(I ask people working in gaming testers or people who have worked as game testers before)
Go the elite, no doubt. This is a very reliable place pleasant to work. Working at home is a good option that actually allow (some programming organizations play does not allow work at home.) I say this mainly because my friend works there too and after college. GO FOR IT!
