The two companies beta testing phases. The first is an internal test. This is usually done by company employees. These people are hired specifically for the test and usually an entry level for people with high experience in research in computer science. Do not just play the game, aware of the game mechanics and give a detailed assessment findings. If you want to be an internal test most likely require a degree in computer science. Then external evidence closed and open beta, where stress testing the game before public release. If you want to be part of this step, it suffices to find a game you want to test, and apply to a part of the beta.
