How do you become a vdeo game tester?
Now, I know this is a bit unrealistic, but I a=have always wanted to become a video game tester and I was wondering how do I do that?

You have to live in a big city that has one of the testing sites, you cannot test at home as many scam websites lead you to believe. If you are in one of these citys then go to one of the sites and apply Resume and all. You atleast need a high school diploma and some places require you to have previous testing experience.
I would be game testing but I am 90 miles from the game testing site, so I’ll have to wait until I can move.
It is a Job so its not all fun and games, you play the same game on end for about a month over and over everyday going through checking everything for bugs, then you report what bugs you found and then make sure they are fixed. Also you must make exact reports on how to duplicate the bug. It is a lot of work, and very repetitive, you can’t choose games that you test and you usually test the most boring ones that you would never play, and you have to play them for Over 10 hours all month long.
But don’t get me wrong, I love this job.

How do I get into the game industry?
I’ve been tryng to get into the video game buissines for a while now. i really want to be a “Quality Asurance Tester” AKA: game tester. but i’ve been looking online at plces like EA, Ubisoft, and Pandemic. but unfortunately either the companies are not hiring “QA Testers” or they’re only “on-site” and the nearest location from where I live is at least cross-contry. can any1 help? thx.

So you want to play games and have people pay you. All of the internet stuff you see to do that sort of thing at home are scams. They want the game testers to be on site so they can monitor the machines for glitches and to watch you to see how you play the game.
If you want to do this and there are no jobs in your area, you are going to have to move.
Just like I had to move 1400 miles to LA to get the sort of engineering job I wanted to do.
